Teacher Lu's work with animals is rooted in a simple yet profound understanding: humans, animals, nature, and all things in the universe are part of one interconnected whole. Yet in modern life, we have gradually distanced ourselves from this unity—often causing harm to nature and even to one another in the pursuit of personal interests and gain. As a result, many human relationships today have become increasingly transactional, shaped by expectations, benefits, and self-serving needs. In contrast, the bond between humans and animals remains one of the purest forms of connection—grounded in genuine care, trust, and unconditional love.
